I have consult on October 6th to schedule surgery!!!

Dr. Chuck is awesome - there are those who would even call him HOT!

I would bet that with your consult on October 6th, you'll have your surgery right around the end of the month - so START YOUR NEW HABITS NOW!!! It'll make things easier once you're on the other side!
